Gqunube Green Ecovillage Home Owners Association get bulk electricity from Eskom and bulk water from Buffalo City Municipality.  Meters are read monthly and plot owners charged for consumption.  Each plot already has water and electricity meters but will require an electrician to take the electricity from the kiosk onto the property.  Each plot is restricted to 40 amps.
The constitution reads that plans must be approved by BCM within 3 years of transfer and that construction must be completed within 7 years of transfer.
